Course Description

• Advanced Chemistry Lab is a one-term course designed to introduce students to laboratory techniques in the chemistry laboratory. During the course, the students will learn about health and safety issues, the preparation and use of common glassware/lab equipment, proper recording of qualitative and quantitative observations and common laboratory techniques. In addition to working in the chemistry laboratory, the students will learn how to write full laboratory reports, analyze data, draw valid conclusions based on the data collected and perform error analysis.
